There’s nothing more frustrating than a poorly designed website.
The more complex the navigation, the uglier the interface, the more likely your user’s going to take one look at your homepage and leave to find what they need somewhere else.
These missteps seem so obvious when you’re the user, but not quite as easy to spot on the other end. Other stakeholders such as management, development, and designers each have their own priorities, and as a result website projects can get messy very quickly.
That’s where I come in!
I come from a technical background, with a B.S. in biomedical engineering and 4 years of technical support at an electronic medical record (EMR) software company. That being said, my strengths and passions have always been in the areas of creativity and communication.
As a user experience (UX) designer, I’m here to convert your business and user needs into design and workflows. That includes facilitating communication between stakeholders, analyzing web content and information architecture, and providing full designs or simply recommended course of actions.
